SiliconeGear.com Policies:
* Return Policy: We will accept returns and provide refunds for any product that
fails due to faulty workmanship within a one month time period. However we are reasonable
people interested in long term-customer relationships. All of our Silicone
products are produced at our Maine, USA manufacturing facility and inspected
prior to shipment. Non-silicone products undergo incoming inspection during or
prior to assembly.
* Delivery Policy: We will ship within 5 working days of receiving order. If a delay is encountered we will contact customer within this 5 day period. We will make an effort to keep all items in inventory and will inform customers if an item is out of stock.
* Privacy Policy: No customer information is shared with any outside party! Customers will be able to opt out of email reminder notifications.
